The France Volontaires (FV), led by Ms. Nanette Repalpa, National Representative of the Philippines together with Mr. Pierre Soetard, FV’s Manager for Asia and Madagascar, Ms. Mathilde Girardot, HQ – Paris representative, and Ms. Manal Rhinane, FV’s Communication Officer paid a courtesy call/visit to PNVSCA headed by Executive Director Donald James D. Gawe on October 12, 2022. The visit further solidified PNVSCA and FV’s partnership through the discussion of future projects in the country particularly on development areas for FV assistance and the transition of France Volontaires from an association to a government agency.

Likewise, Mr. Soetard and team’s visit in the Philippines aims to meet different stakeholders of volunteering and other sectors for development to explore possible partnership and collaboration, and to attend the French Volunteering Day last October 8, 2022.
